    "It may seem odd to rate Roadshow as '5' when it took 3 weeks (not a typo) to identify and repair the engine fault on my vehicle. The reason I am rating them at '5' is due to the dedication, professionalism and quality of the support I received from Dale and Randy's team. They ensured I ad a loan vehicle the entire time, gave me daily updates and when the vehicle was ready drove it to Nashville to link up with my son (student at MTSU) to exchange cars. Eric and Nick in the garage never gave up on the problem, and when diagnostic equipment failed to identify the problem used old fashion ingenuity to pin point the fault.     "I brought my clubman in because the service light came on over the car symbol upon starting the car. I had never noticed that it had been there in the past and when i left the service center it was still on. After looking through the owners manual it does seem like it should still be there. I spoke to someone there that day and they said it is always on there when the car starts.     "In what is just the latest example of what I guess is called service by Roadshow BMW/Mini, my husband forgot to tighten the gas cap on my 2009 Mini Cooper, and the check engine light came on. He called the service dept. and explained what had happened, and the service rep. scheduled him to have it checked. Imagine my surprise when he told me it cost $138 for them to turn off the check engine light. You've got to be kidding! I guess there is nothing done as a "courtesy" at Roadshow, even though the car is only 2 years old, and my husband told them what the problem was.     "The time required to change the oil in my car was 1.5 hours: very inconvenient. There's not a convenient way for me to minimize my time required for service: if I leave the car it takes 45 minutes to get to work using provided service and I have to leave work early and arrange transportation to pick up my car. If I wait for my car it takes 1.5 hours. If the oil change could be accomplished in 30 minutes from time of my appointment, that would be helpful.
